Mantra chanting has become one of my favorite grounding practices
I have been incorporating mantra chanting into my daily sound practice. It helps me stay present, centered, and connected to myself. I would love to share a short video of Chakra Bija Mantras practice with you. Feel free to follow along if you find it supportive.
Mantra is a Sanskrit word. The word Man means Mind (instinctual), and Tra means protection, liberation or tool. Bija Mantras, also known as “seed” mantras, are one-syllable sacred sounds believed to contain the essential energetic quality of a particular element, force, deity, or aspect of consciousness. When we practice Bija Mantras, we connect with the pure essence of sound and allow its vibration to resonate throughout the body.
Chakra Bija Mantras help awaken and harmonize our energy centers. Each chakra carries a sacred sound vibration to support deeper awareness, balance, and connection within the body and energy system.
In this practice, I chant the bija mantras from root to crown, then crown to root, allowing the voice to become a pathway for presence, healing, and inner alignment.
Whether you choose to sing along, listen quietly, or simply receive the vibrations, I invite you to slow down, be present, and notice what you experience.

If this practice resonates with you, I would love to hear about your experience in the comments.
If you are curious to explore the healing power of your own voice, join me at one of my upcoming Sound & Voice Events.
