For a very long time, I lived with a critical voice within myself.

It created a lot of inner turmoil as I moved through life, especially during challenging situations. I didn’t know how to quiet that voice, and it affected my mental and emotional well-being deeply.

Then, in 2024, something unexpected happened.

My voice spontaneously awakened.

As I began singing intuitively, my life gradually started to shift. I began to hear a different voice within me—one that was encouraging, compassionate, and supportive. It began to counter the critical voice that had been with me for most of my life.

Slowly, this new voice became stronger and more central in my life.

And over time, the critical voice began to lose its power.

I also began to speak and share myself more openly with others. Instead of keeping my thoughts and feelings inside, I started expressing more what I truly felt and thought.

Reclaiming My Voice

This awakening has been much more than discovering my singing voice.

It has been a journey of reconnecting with myself in a deep and intimate way—through singing, feeling, expressing, and sharing my voice.

My voice has become a pathway into deeper self-awareness. It continues to evolve and guide me forward on my path, teaching me to listen more deeply to what is within me and to trust what I feel.

Reconnecting with my soul voice has been a deeply personal, intimate, and transformative journey.

And I believe that each of us has a voice within us that knows something about who we are.

Sometimes that voice becomes quiet.

Sometimes it gets buried beneath expectations, social conditioning, ancestral patterns, past experiences, fear, or the need to be accepted.

And sometimes, it simply needs a safe space to emerge.

What Does It Mean to Reclaim Your Voice?

Reclaiming your voice isn’t necessarily about becoming louder.

It can be about becoming more honest with yourself.

It can be about allowing yourself to feel what you feel, express what you truly think, and give yourself permission to be seen and heard.

It can begin with something as simple as a breath, a sound, a hum—or a willingness to listen inwardly.

Your true voice may not sound the way you expect it to.

It may come through singing.

It may come through speaking.

It may come through movement, emotion, silence, or simply knowing what feels true for you.

For me, discovering my voice has been a journey of coming home to myself.

What If You Don’t Consider Yourself a Singer?

You don’t need to be a singer to explore your voice.

You don’t need musical training, a beautiful voice, or experience performing in front of others.

This work isn’t about singing the “right” notes or sounding a certain way.

It is about creating space to feel.

To listen.

To express.

To become curious about what lives within you.

Through breath, movement, sound, intuitive vocal expression, and embodied awareness, we begin to explore what happens when we allow the voice to emerge without judgment.

There is no performance.

There is nothing to prove.

You are simply invited to meet yourself where you are.

Awaken & Reclaim Your Voice

I would love to invite you to my Awaken & Reclaim Your Voice — Introductory Workshop if something in what I have shared resonates with you.

This workshop is an invitation to explore your relationship with your own voice—to feel, express, listen, and reconnect with yourself through breath, movement, sound, and embodied expression.

I would love to support you on your own journey of self-discovery and reconnecting with the soul voice that has always been within you—perhaps hidden or suppressed through ancestral patterns, social conditioning, past experiences, or the ways we have learned to protect ourselves.

Perhaps it is time to give it space to emerge.
