A couple of intuitive songs that I recorded while attending a Sound Ceremony training in Guatemala. Every morning, I loved walking and sitting by the lake, listening to the gentle sound of the waves, the songs of the birds, and watching the sunrise over this beautiful land. These are intuitive songs that came through my deep listening—a reflection of the sounds, rhythms, and energy of this beautiful lake & the powerful volcanoes.
I was guided to this place through dream and synchronicity since I began my healing journey. In 2024, intuitive singing began to arise spontaneously through my body. What started as an unexpected experience became a daily practice of listening, feeling, and allowing sound to emerge.
These are songs that came through my listening—a reflection of the sounds, rhythms, and energy of the natural world around me. I hope it carries a little of that beauty and presence to you.
Many of my songs arise while I am immersed in nature, where I experience a deep sense of connection, reciprocity, & belonging.
My work is ultimately about reconnection—to the body, voice, inner world, and the living world around us. These are not planned compositions, but spontaneous expressions that arise through a living dialogue between my inner world and the greater world around me.
I believe our voice carries more than words. It can reveal what has been waiting to be felt, remembered, & expressed.
