Two years ago on July 4th, I began singing intuitively in what many people call light language. A few months earlier, my voice had spontaneously awakened during a dance practice at home.
Since then, my voice has continued to evolve, gently guiding me into a deeper relationship with myself.
It has taught me to be present with myself, to turn my attention inward, and to trust what I feel. Through this journey, I have come to feel safer in my body. I sing every day, and each time I do, I remember a little more of who I am.
My voice has become a source of joy, peace, and remembrance.
Today, I am sharing a song that’s inspired by our beautiful ocean. This song reflects the connection between the depth of our hearts, the soothing presence of water and our emotional landscape.
