Ancestral Threshold is a journey designed to support integration, stabilization, and grounded clarity during times of deep life transition (divorce, grief, identity change, & awakening).

Over three 60-minute sessions, we move intentionally—creating space to explore what you are navigating in your life. This container allows patterns, emotions, and insights to unfold over time, rather than trying to resolve everything in a single session.

Sound-Based Ancestral Integration & Voice Reclamation

Sovereign Voice Journey is a sound-based session for people ready to reclaim their embodied voice and inner authority.

In this session, we:

1. Identify emotional blocks that are ready to integrate
2. Uncover ancestral patterns contributing to suppression
3. Use somatic release to free stored emotions

With drum-led meditation, sacred instruments, light language song transmission and somatic emotional awareness, we invite the body to release what has been suppressed and was never yours to carry. Helping you reconnect with your voice, your body and inner wisdom.

This session is ideal if you are experiencing tightness in your throat when you speak, hesitation when you share your truth, or wishing to expand your vocal range and embodied presence.

Clients often describe entering a deeply relaxed, peaceful state where they feel safely held and supported. Sacred voice & sound become a living current — moving through the body to gently integrate inherited emotional patterns and release long-held suppression. So your voice can rise from sovereignty, joy and embodied authority.

Akashic Reading & Sound Transmission

We begin with a guided drum meditation to ground your energy and open your heart. From this centered place, we will have a heart-led conversation to clarify your intention and focus on one main question or area of exploration for your Akashic Records.
