“Sheau’s work touches very deep layers of ancestral inheritance and helps integrate it with soul body energy across a vast expanse of time. I have been working on healing my voice for several years after discovering an ancestral wound on my mother’s mothers lineage, an inherited scar on my vocal cords and head that was the result of a physical wound inflicted by an invading force long ago.

I have written about this before in Singing The Bones, To Heal My Voice,  “Is it possible that all the powers, portals, and passageways converge into a river reaching far back in history—to a time before Ireland was Celtic, more than 2,500 years ago—to dislodge the thing that blocks me from the power and passion of my own voice? Is there now an opening to bring forth justice and healing from an ancient pagan goddess into confluence with Hindu powers, that will somehow circle back to a time in Germany when my ancestral grandmother lost her head—and her voice?”

Sheau’s attunement to this pattern in my body that she found with her voice and drum drew forth a tone from my vocal cords that traveled through the open spaces in my head, clearing out each chamber with sound current.  My whole head was vibrating. Afterwards, not only has my vocal range increased, the “head voice” that used to be inaccessible to me has opened up. I can sing higher notes with far more resonance than before. I suspect that healing my voice is making my ancient grandmothers smile and sing too.  An adventures awaits to see what I can do with it.”
