Return to Earth: A Sound & Voice Ceremony

In honor of Earth Day, this Sound & Voice Ceremony is an intentional space to pause from the outside world and reconnect with the grounding presence of the earth and with yourself.
Through intuitive singing and live instruments such as shruti box, sansula, drum, and ngoni, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey that supports deep rest, emotional release, and inner stillness.
The voice is at the heart of this experience—emerging intuitively in the moment—Sheau creates an immersive sound journey that weaves intuitive singing and tonal sounds throughout the experience, creating a responsive and deeply attuned field that supports the body in softening, opening, and grounding to encourage subtle inner integration.
No prior experience is needed. Participants are invited to lie down, relax, and simply receive the sound.
Details:
• Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time
• Doors close at 6:35 PM to respect the container
• Yoga mats will be provided
• You are welcome to bring a pillow, mat, blanket, and eye mask for added comfort

This monthly Sound & Voice Ceremony is an intentional space to pause from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a quieter, more grounding space, this is a place to soften and return inward.
Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls (Crystal Tones’ Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls), sansula, shruti box, drum, ngoni, and intuitive voice, Sheau creates an immersive sound journey to support grounding, emotional release, and subtle inner integration. She weaves intuitive singing and tonal sounds throughout the experience, creating a responsive and deeply attuned field that supports the body in softening, opening, and grounding to encourage subtle inner integration.
Her voice becomes a living instrument—guiding the journey in real time and responding in the moment to the energy of the space. Each ceremony is unique
You’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and receive—allowing the vibrations of sound and voice to move through you, creating space for stillness, awareness, and reconnection. This is not a performance, but a space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.
